Our Services

Majestic Maids Inc. will provide customized cleaning services that are available on a bi-weekly, weekly, twice monthly, monthly and a one-time service. Service pricing will depend on the size of your home or office. Majestic Maids will customize packages, to meet all of your needs the following services may be included:

Office Space: All areas are vacuumed, desk are dusted and polished. Garbage cans are emptied and sanitized. The kitchen area is mopped; sanitized and wiped down, garbage is also removed.

Kitchens: We clean, scrub and sanitize sinks. All appliances, cabinets, countertops, chairs and tables are cleaned. The top of the refrigerator and appliances exteriors is cleaned.

All Rooms: Cleaned, vacuum and dusted. All Window ledges and sills dusted. Louvered doors and mini-blinds will be dusted as well as picture frames and knickknacks. Ceiling fans and spider-web will be cleaned. Baseboards, lampshades and furniture & shelves will also be dusted. Carpet to be vacuumed and floors washed and dried. Empty and clean wastebaskets also ashtrays.

Bathrooms: Bathtubs and showers will be scrubbed, sanitized and deodorized. Vanities, backsplashes and sinks clean, sanitized. Mirrors cleaned and spotless, chrome polished. All floors will be scrub, sanitized and dried.

Real Estate: Real Estate agents also have the luxury of having forecloses, leases, rental homes and other property clean professional. We offer the same services to Real Estate agents as listed above.

Builders: Your new designs will look their best after our builder closeout cleaning. The home will be vacuumed, wiped down and sanitized. We also will scrape all widows and last but not least we will leave a lasting new home scent, your new occupants are sure to enjoy.
